Swing store now offer FREE & FAST SHIPPING anywhere in Australia. Shipping is also available to New Zealand at reasonable rates.

How do I pay for delivery?

Shipping is FREE within Australia.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide & to New Zealand, promptly and reliably.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time will vary based on your location. Once a product has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Orders and Returns

Can i track my order?

Yes. Tracking options are available Australia wide. You will be able to track your order via the carriers email/link provided.

Is my product/s covered by a guarantee?

Yes, products sold at Swing store will have some sort of warranty or guarantee. Warranties do vary, dependant on the product.

How can I return an item?

Firstly, you must lodge a warranty claim for us to accept a product return or exchange, ideally the customer should not dispose of original packaging.

What is Swing's return policy?

Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind products can be returned to Swing providing:

  • Products are completely unused and brand new 
  • Products are in their original packaging 
  • The customer pays the return freight to Melbourne
  • A return authority is obtained from

Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a used product. This is providing:

  • A return authority is obtained from 
  • It is in the original packaging 
  • The owner pays the return freight to Melbourne 
  • 20% restocking fee applies [of the full retail price]

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and will be adding Zip finance facility for online orders soon.

Can I pay by Gift Card?

Gift Cards can not be used online at present. We hope to add this facility soon.
